Returns & Refund Policy

1. Custom Hair Systems
Due to the personalised nature of our custom hair systems, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described.

 

2. Accessories & Non-Custom Products

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

  • You must cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

 

3. How to Request a Return
Email help@regen.hair with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

 

4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. Please include a photo of the issue in your message.
