At Regen Bespoke Hair Systems, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping timeframes and practices.
1. Processing Times
Custom-Made Wigs & Hair Toppers
Our bespoke wigs and hair toppers are made to order. Production typically takes up to 4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This time is needed to ensure each system is crafted to your exact specifications.
Accessories (e.g. glue, tape, clips, shampoo, conditioner)
Accessories and non-custom items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted courier services (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD) for UK and international deliveries. Delivery times vary based on location and service selected at checkout.
UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch
UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch
International Shipping: 5–10 business days (customs delays may apply)
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service. Free standard UK shipping may be offered for qualifying orders — check our homepage or banners for current offers.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, please contact us at help@regen.hair.
5. Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, public holidays, or extreme weather. If your parcel is delayed, we will do our best to support and update you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Regen is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. International Orders
For orders outside the UK:
